Burns Celebration Dinner & Dance
Britannia Hotel Newcastle Airport
Friday 2nd February 2024
Arrival 6:30 PM prompt
An evening entertainment as a celebration to the great Baird with a three course dinner.
Cockaleekie soup or garlic mushrooms. Chicken Balmoral with whisky sauce or plain gravy and potatoes and vegetables. Cranachan or Apple pie and ice cream
Or vegetarian option - Vegetable lasagne
There will be all the traditional ceremonies addressing the haggis, the Immortal memory, Toast to and reply from the lassies.
There will also be a raffle and dancing to the music of Ewan Galloway.
Evening concludes at 11:45 PM.
Saturday 3rd Burns celebration lunch and general dancing with guest singer Ian Lees.
